Overview

Roma Payouts empowers merchants to do payouts in both fiat and digital currencies, across countries and currencies with one single platform.

Payout flow

Usually there are three broad steps in making a payout:

  1. Create Beneficiary
  2. Request for Quote
  3. Create Payout Session

Beneficiary

A beneficiary is an individual or entity that receives funds through a payout. The beneficiary may be located in the same country as the sender or in a different country, and the funds may be transferred in a variety of currencies.

To receive funds as a payout beneficiary, it is typically necessary to provide certain information like the beneficiary's name, address, identification information, and banking information, such as the account number and routing information.

Quotes

Quotes are estimates of the fees and exchange rates that will apply to a given payout transaction. Quotes are guaranteed for a certain time, so you can be confident the exchange rate is always guaranteed. These quotes are needed to execute a payout.
